ORDER & SCHEDULE

Submit Scanning Order

Be sure to fill this out so we have the info we need for your drop off appointment. If you are shipping artwork, please use this form to provide your tracking number and details.

Artwork is Received at Our Studio

We'll double confirm the sizing, details, and timing for your order and send you an invoice for the job.

Invoice is Paid

You'll receive an invoice via email to the address provided on the appointment form. Once paid, we'll get your job in the queue for scanning.

Job is Completed

Once completed, we'll notify you via email. You'll receive a WeTransfer link to download your file/s. Additionally you will receive a link to schedule an appointment to pick up your artwork or any materials that we scanned.

Download Your File

We'll send you a download link. Make sure to download your file and archive it for later.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to download your artwork when we send you the link. Save the file in a safe location for your own archive, as needed. We do not save all scans indefinitely. If you will be using your file/s for printing we will have you upload to our system, separate from your scanning order, unless discussed otherwise in advance.
