The masks we have designed work best with fabrics that have as little stretch as possible. We're using 100% cotton twill. Our local suppliers have thousand of yards available. Filtration Paper for Masks
If you are looking to start a medium to large scale operation, we have identified a supplier with the MERV15 filtration material that we have purchased. Please contact Air Filters, Inc. in Houston, TX. 1.800.667.8563 | The product is called DOP95 and comes in rolls that are 24" x 3000'.
Sewing
We currently have two sewing companies on board to help, but we need more. If you have more sewing resources, please let us know.
Industrial Washing
If you are setting up a large quantity or high volume effort in Los Angeles, let us know and we can connect you with someone who will donate industrial washing / laundry services.
Metal Nose Strips & Filter Inserts for Masks
