MASK WITH MERV15 FILTER

The information included here will provide you with the templates, materials list, and instructions to create a mask, optionally with replaceable MERV15 filters that we’ll have available for distribution. These masks secure around the back of one’s head using elastic for a tight fit, and allow the person wearing to put it on without having hands get anywhere near the mouth, nose, or eyes.

MASK | REQUIRED MATERIALS LIST

  • Fabric – Cotton Twill or Similar | We’re using 8.5 oz
  • Elastic
  • Filter Insert | POV will be cutting and distributing these.
  • Note, the blue fabric in the images here is HALYARD H-600,  a polypropylene used in hospitals.
