Need to upload print files?

Please be sure to carefully read the details on our File Specs page.

  • Following the instructions there will really help us keep your job organized, and will prevent delays.
  • If your files are named incorrectly, don’t scale to the size you have ordered, or are not formatted at all, your order may be delayed and there may be additional costs on your job.
  • When you have your files formatted and saved accordingly, you can visit our Dropbox Uploads Link and submit your files.

Here are a few key points to keep in mind:

  • Your order details have been sent to the email address you provided.
  • We’ll review everything and will let you know if we have any questions.
  • After reviewing your job, an invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
  • All projects are started once your invoice is paid.
  • If you made any errors while submitting your order, please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email.

Regarding Time & Deadlines

It may take us up to 24 hours ( it’s usually less ) to review the details of your order and send you the invoice.

  • For Printing // If your files are not named properly, formatted properly, or if you forget to upload them, your order may be delayed.
  • If your file sizes don’t match the size you have ordered – and/or – don’t scale to the size you requested, then your order may be delayed.
